Iron Lion Strong encompasses a repertoire of mobility, flexibility, strength, conditioning and power; and most importantly, it entails the ability to call upon these skills at any given time.The Iron Lion Strength Camp is designed to enhance your performance, physique and quality of life.

Pictured below are the Iron Lion Strong Standards, which cover each aspect of physical performance. To achieve them all conveys an elite level of fitness, and will leave you looking lean and muscular while simultaneously preparing you for life’s various challenges.  At Iron Lion Performance, our strength camp is the ultimate means of acquiring these standards.  

As a strength camp participant, you will be given a full and individualized assessment, which allows your instructor to write a comprehensive program or training cycle to suit your goals. Your goals and progress will also be periodically assessed and, as you progress, a new program is created for you, tailored to your needs.

Camp members’ training is always supervised and coached, and you will receive instruction from some of the finest coaches in New York City.  Our staff’s credentials include: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Strong First Barbell and Kettlebell instructors and USA Olympic Weightlifting Sports Performance CoachesWith their ample experience, our coaches will give you an unparalleled fitness experience.

The Iron Lion Strong Team also competes in challenges and competitions together, creating a friendly and competitive atmosphere that will empower you to change your body, your attitude and your life.
